High Road leadership Conference Overview

The High Road Leadership Conference showcases an address by noted leadership author and speaker, John C. Maxwell articulating his perspectives on the need for leaders to address the tenets of High Road Leadership in their daily activities.  He articulates the differences between High Road Leaders and those of middle- and low-road leaders and the impacts each has on their lives, families, communities, and the nation.

First given during the Maxwell Leadership LIVE2LEAD event in October 2023, this talk is particluarly relevant to today social, economic, and political climate and is deeply covered in John's next book on the topic, scheduled for release later in the spring. 

Leading Eagles LLC owner, William Hughes, a Maxwell Leadership Executive Director, is hosting this talk on March 30, 2024 between 10am - 1pm at the Calvary Baptist Church in Woodbridge, VA.  He is sponsored by US Army MSGT Caleb Green, a church elder, local businessman, and singer with the Washington Capitals NHL hockey team.  He is also a member of the Voices of Service singing group who was a finalist in America's Got Talent. 

In addition to John Maxwell's presentation, we will have a leadership roundtable discussion on "Our Youth: What is Right With Them."  We're sure that this discussion will be equally thought-provoking and absolutely relevant to "High Road Leadership."
